Continuing my observations from the career clarity calls (slots open again next month) I'm doing: Meet H. H had a follow-up call after a few months and picked a goal to go all-in: managing people better. The main issue here is letting go of perfectionism + time and patience to mentor juniors. We even touched a vulnerable spot of being overpaid and how not to come down / keep growing for the long-term. We also dived deep on the manager leverage that multiplies as we go up in the hierarchy.
